As Larasan's Chairman Vineet Katial brings an impressive range of experience in international business and finance. He has been instrumental in organizing the manufacturing for Larasan's transdermal analgesic line of products. Mr. Katial is also the CEO of Vista Money, a pioneering service allowing multiple international payment solutions to merchants, corporations, and individuals through online payments, mobile payments, and prepaid cards. Mr. Katial is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of work experience focused on financial services, international business, and software verticals. He is an acknowledged thought leader in these industries and is a frequent speaker at various mobile and financial service conferences globally. With his experiences and relationships within the IT and financial services sector, he has helped create new industries and assisted emerging markets innovate. He is an author of two patents and has helped invigorate debate regarding the financial inclusion in the emerging markets.
Prior to forming Vista Money, he was the Co-founder and COO of Janeeva, where he played a leadership role in creating the Outsourcing Relationship Management industry. And, prior to this venture, he was a CEO of a boutique consulting company where he helped develop outsourcing strategy for various Fortune 100 clients.
As a pioneer in the offshore arena, Mr. Katial was the Founding Member and CIO for one of the first offshore BPO companies. After this company was sold to ICICI Bank, Firstsource has remained in the top 5 BPO companies globally and continues to grow today. He has also been the CEO of an offshore BPO company and managed various large-scale international ventures. Mr. Katial has extensive work experience within the banking and financial services industry and has worked with various Fortune 100 banks such as Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, American Express, and Wells Fargo. He was also an Executive Director at Teletech and held various management roles with KPMG.
Mr. Katial also serves on the Board of Directors of Voice-Resume, Executive Panel for Globalization of Services at University of Michigan/WDI, Charter Member for The Indus Entrepreneurs, and Board of Advisors for Janeeva Inc.
He has an MBA from University of Colorado and Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, India.
Sumair Mitroo

Sumair Mitroo brings an impressive range of education, research, and proven business experience as CEO with Larasan. He graduated with a degree in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). As part of a Biochemistry research team at CWRU he assisted in the publication of an article in the NY Academy of Science in Nov. 1989.
Thereafter, Sumair decided to embark on a career in business and subsequently established a successful sales career with many companies. From 1993 to 1995, Mr.Mitroo started in sales in the medical supplies industry with International Medical Supply, Inc. and rose to the rank of V.P. Between 1993 and 1997,Mr.Mitroo spearheaded several joint venture and international license technology collaborations between companies in USA and India as V.P. of Macro International, Inc. From 1998 to 2002, he worked for Geac Computer Corporation (NASDAQ: GEAC; TSE: GAC), and WorldCom/MCI. In 2003, Sumair started Mitroo Networks And Communications, Inc., a telecom sales agency involved in providing voice and data solutions for companies worldwide, and in 2004, he started Ashoretree Services, Inc., to help organizations with outsourcing, subcontracting, or in-sourcing their marketing and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).
Mr.Mitroo has been a consultant for business development for several firms. His experience and creativity in utilizing technology and people to provide goal driven solutions has been instrumental for many companies. Mr.Mitroo has a wide range of contacts who he can readily engage to form synergistic licensing and marketing campaigns for Larasan Pharmaceutical Corporation. Recently, Mr.Mitroo discovered Laxmi RA Holdings & Investments Pvt. Ltd. (includes RA ChemPharma) in India and was instrumental in securing a signed contract with them and Larasan. Furthermore, Mr.Mitroo also worked alongside with Vineet to bring the new transdermal analgesic line of products to Larasan.
Dr. Deepak Santram, M.D.

Director
Dr. Deepak Santram, M.D., has an impressive blend of medical practice, teaching/advisor, and research/consulting experience. After receiving his M.D. from Maulana Azad Medical College of Delhi University, India, in 1966, Dr. Santram completed post graduate studies in India and then in the USA for both internal medicine and cardiology. He served as Chief of Medicine, Chief of Special Care, and Chief of Cardiology at SCCMC in West Grove, PA from 1973 to 1982 and has since continued a practice in both internal medicine and cardiology in West Grove, PA and adjoining areas.
Dr. Santram has substantial experience in advisory and teaching capacities. Since, 2002, Dr. Santram has been a Physician Advisor in the Utilization/Care Departments for both Jennersville Regional Hospital in West Grove, PA and Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, PA. Since 2003, he has served as Clinical Assistant Professor with the Physician Assistant Program for Drexel University, College of Nursing and Health Professions.
Dr. Santram has been independently conducting clinical trials and also serving as a medical consultant for pharmaceutical companies and medical technology companies. In 1984, he established the Santram Medical Associates Research Center and has since completed 65 research studies, including two for the National Institute of Health. Dr. Santram has a proven track record of coordinating a medical practice along with a research and consultancy company that will help Larasan in many ways.
John R. George

Mr. George has had a key role with Larsan since the beginning and has been appointed Vice President of Investor Relations for Larasan. For the past 30 years, Mr. George held key executive management positions in several capacities including investor relations, marketing, sales, manufacturing, publishing, construction and education. Mr. George held the position of Senior Vice President and Co-founder of NutraXchange, Inc., a B2B / Bricks and Mortar Company headquartered in Tampa, Florida, specializing in the nutraceutical realm.
Mr. George was also founder/President of Adult Management Corporation, which designed and developed adult living facilities. As Co-founder and Secretary of Burrito Factory Licensing Group, Inc., a company with exclusive rights to license and franchise East Coast Burrito Factory restaurants worldwide, Mr. George oversaw the business development process.
In addition, Mr. George held the position of Treasurer for The National Centre for Handicapped Rights, Inc., a lobbying organization for handicapped amenities including, handicapped accessible buildings, curbs, and parking.
Mr. George was the founder/publisher/Editor and Chief for magazines in Florida and Kentucky, including a magazine for the Kentucky Derby, and Secretary / Treasurer of Medical Hair Institute, Inc., comprised of several clinics for medical hair restoration in Florida
Mr. George earned his undergraduate and Masters Degree from Western Kentucky University and served honorably in Vietnam, receiving the Purple Heart.
R. Sirish Kumar
API, Formulation, and Bio Equivalence

Mr. Kumar is the CEO of Larasan's Pharmaceutical Partner in India, RA Chem Pharma Ltd., and he is also on the Board Of Directors at Larasan. Mr. Kumar has been a successful entrepreneur for the past 7 years and besides being the CEO, he is also the Founder and Director of RA Chem Pharma Ltd., an integrated pharmaceutical and health care company. The company has presence in API, Solid Dosage Forms and Clinical & Bio Equivalence Studies. He also holds the position of Director & CEO Of the Formulation and Bio-Equivalence Divisions. Furthermore, Mr. Kumar is also one of the founding partners of Laxmi RA Holdings & Investments Pvt. Ltd., with whom Larasan has recently signed a joint development, manufacturing, and marketing agreement.
Mr. Kumar has over 12 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning with leading Pharmaceutical Companies such as Bayer (India), NATCO Pharma Ltd., Nichloas Piramal (India) Ltd. - now a part of Abbot (USA), and Alembic Ltd. Within these companies, he has held positions with them ranging from General Manager (Marketing), General Manager (Business Development), Vice President Global Marketing and Business Development, and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Kumar has a B.E (Hon). Chemical Engineering; M.Sc (Hon). Chemistry - BITS Pilani, and Master of Management Studies - University of Mumbai, Sydenham College of Management.
Bernard L. Katz

Bernard Katz brings to Larasan 40 years experience in all aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Katz developed the initial concept and compounded the initial prototype for controlled released analgesics, primarily the aspirin.
He has extensive knowledge in the areas of pharmacology, health care markets, franchising, structuring of chain pharmacy operations, design, research, health care organizations, medical studies and product studies regarding viability, statistics for prevention, treatment, and intake methods. Furthermore, Mr. Katz has additional skills in marketing, budgeting, finance, high level management, and business practices.
Mr. Katz is highly respected in the Canadian Pharmaceutical Industry, having held the following positions: Board member of the Ontario Pharmacists Association, Chairman of the Board of the Ontario Chain Drug Association, Vice President of Pharma Plus Drug Marts, (a leading Canadian Pharmacy chain), President of the Executive Board of the Metropolitan Toronto Pharmacists Association and Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Practices Committee. Mr. Katz was an Ex-officio member of all committees for Shopper's Drug Mart Chain, Canada's largest drug store chain, and founded all of the committees, including the Board of Management.
Mr. Katz was a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto, for dispensing laboratory students. In addition, he has been the recipient of awards from the North York (Toronto) City Council, Knights of Malta for the development and institution of programs for medical aid to victims of war in Sarajevo, and the A.H. Robins Bowl of Hygeia Award for outstanding service.
Mr. Katz earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.S. Phm.) at the University of Toronto, Canada.
Daniel Diaz de la Rocha
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Daniel Diaz de la Rocha brings 21 years of solid experience as he joins Larasan as its CFO. Since 2001, Mr. de la Rocha has run his own firm where he has performed forensic accounting matters with businesses, individuals and their legal counsel. His other functions have included: interviewing clients and developing analyses to support reconstruction of income and expenses; preparation and reviewing of tax returns; tax research; partnerships; S and C corporations; representing individuals and businesses before the IRS during audits, appeals, and conflict resolutions; documenting financial transactions by inspecting and analyzing various source documents including invoices, purchase records, and bank statements; summarizing current financial status; preparing balance sheets and P/L statements; performing annual audits of financial statements; preparing compiled financial statements; performing Form 8300 compliance reviews for various distributors; advising clients how to protect assets via domestic trusts and limited liability companies; reconciling financial discrepancies; and, last but not least, preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
His experience in previous positions has prepared him for his current responsibilities. From 2000 to 2001 Mr. de la Rocha was the Treasurer for Markvision Computer, Inc. and was key in their winding up of all financial affairs. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. de la Rocha was responsible for litigation support and compliance for Future Tech International, Inc., & Markvision Internacional, S.A., Miami, FL. And from 1991 to 1996, he was a Revenue Agent for the Department Of The Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, Miami, where he combated money laundering and tackled fraud prevention. Finally from 1990 to 1991, Mr. de la Rocha served as the Staff Accountant and was responsible for Inventory Control for Malone & Hyde, Inc. in Miami, wherein he implemented operating controls to minimize employee theft, which lead to the discovery of a $250,000 heist.
Mr. de la Rocha's received his Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University (FIU), Miami, in 1988 and received his M.S. in Taxation in 1989, also from FIU. He received his CPA license in 1989, and in 1996, Mr. de la Rocha received a Five years of Governmental Service Certificate from the I.R.S.

Dr. Bob Arnot

As Larasan's Chief Education Officer, Dr. Bob Arnot will work with Larasan to provide valuable information to people on how they can reduce pain in their lives with Larasan's products. Larasan will also produce informative documercials (documentary style promotional videos) with Bob Arnot Productions, Dr. Bob Arnot's Production company, to demonstrate how we can make a difference in the lives of the unfortunate through humanitarian efforts.
Dr. Bob Arnot is a physician and international humanitarian with a hunger for knowledge and a desire to introduce audiences to important issues and exotic locations around the world. From the genocide in Darfur to the crises in the Middle East, Dr. Arnot has seen it all and guides audiences through a firsthand look at major international issues.
Dr. Arnot is one of the most recognized names in medical and health professions, having served as the former chief medical editor and special foreign correspondent for NBC News. As a special correspondent, Dr. Arnot has covered numerous world-changing events, including the Gulf War, Iraq War, and wars in Somalia, Sudan, Rwanda, and Kosovo. He has reported on epidemic diseases from Ebola in Central Africa to AIDS in Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Malawi, to cholera in Bangladesh, Somalia, and Turkey. He has also reported from Pakistan prior to the United States' military response to the September 11 terrorist attacks. He has reported extensively on the threat of terrorism and strongly believes in humanitarian campaigns against terror as a way to break down worldwide terrorist organizations, their cells, and military training camps.
Dr. Arnot is devoted to educating audiences about international humanitarian issues. He believes that by traveling the world and exposing viewers to foreign conflicts and human devastation, audiences will be inspired to become humanitarians themselves. Dr. Arnot serves on the Board of Directors of both Save the Children and the United States High Commission for Refugees and uses his work with these organizations to educate and influence world leaders and average citizens, in the hopes that they will contribute to humanitarian efforts.
For his work in the media, Dr. Arnot has won an Alfred I. DuPont Award for his insider's look at the use and abuse of crack cocaine for the program 48 Hours on Crack Street and an Overseas Press Club Award for NBC's team coverage of the floods in Mozambique.
A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Arnot received a Bachelor of Science degree from Dartmouth College in 1972 and a medical degree from McGill University. He began his medical career as the Founder and Chief of the Lake Placid Medical Center, where he not only served as administrator but also as the physician for the 1977-1980 US Ski Team and the 1980 Winter Olympic Games. He continues to be an active member of the US Ski Team's Board of Directors. From 1980-1984, Dr. Arnot served as National Medical Director of the National Emergency Service, where he was responsible for the education and quality control of 25,000 physicians in 116 hospitals across the country, and for the planning and implementation of emergency services.
A successful author, Dr. Arnot has published ten books, including his most recent, Seven Steps to Stop a Heart Attack. Raj Bazaj

Raj Bazaj brings a high level of sales, marketing, logistics and R&D experience to Larasan. During a career that has spanned over twenty years he has successfully launched many products in markets all around the world. Mr. Bazaj has spoken at conferences in North and South America as well as Asia and has been recognized for his product and process innovativeness. He has also been awarded several patents for his efforts.
Mr. Bazaj is currently employed at Integrys Energy Services. There he leads a sales organization that has responsibility to develop power and natural gas sales to large industrial customers in the Great Lakes. He also manages large, multi-national accounts of Fortune 500 companies. At its peak in 2008 as the Managing Director of Sales Mr. Bazaj managed a sales organization that had revenue in excess of $1.5 billion per year. During his tenure the company was selected as one of the best energy companies by Fortune and Forbes magazine and had one of the fastest growth rates in the industry.
Mr. Bazaj has also spent over twelve years in the chemical industry with world-class companies like Bayer, Lanxess, Cytec Industries and American Cyanamid. In his last role he was the Director of Marketing for North America and led the Export and Resale sales channels. Responsibilities included full P&L responsibility as well as planning and forecasting production of chemicals made in the U.S, which were then shipped around the world. Mr. Bazaj was also actively involved in the divestiture of the business and helped in putting together various plans, projections and strategy documents for banks and other institutions that led to the final sale.
Mr. Bazaj has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona and an Executive MBA from the University of Connecticut. He was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society.
J. Rajender Rao
Business Development
Mr. Rao is one of the founders of RA Chem Pharma and is a partner in Laxmi RA Holdings & Investments Pvt. Ltd. (the holding company of RA Chem Pharma). Since co-founding RA Chem Pharma with Mr. R. Sirish Kumar (who is on Larasan's Board Of Directors), Mr. Rao has been driving the growth of the company and has been responsible for business development, sales of API's, and finances of all the three division of RA Chem Pharma.
Previous to his role within RA Chem Pharma, Mr. Rao promoted RA Interchem Pvt. Ltd., in 1998 and RA Chemicals Intermediates Pvt., Ltd., in 1999. Both these companies were then merged into RA Chem Pharma Limited at a later date. Mr. Rao's major activity was in the area of sourcing of pharmaceuticals and manufacture of pharmaceuticals. Through the years 1996-1998, Mr. Rao was the Head of Business Development & Logistics for Nicholas Piramal India Ltd., one of the top ten pharmaceutical companies in India. With Nicholas Piramal, Mr. Rao was responsible for coordination of factory operations, business development, and monitoring of purchase of critical raw materials. And through the years 1993-1995, Mr. Rao was with Reliance Industries Ltd. and was responsible for exports of products made at Hazira factory (Surat). He reported directly to the Vice President (SBU Head) of Reliance Industries Ltd. Reliance Industries Ltd. is a Fortune Global 500 company and is the largest private sector company in India.
Mr. Rao has a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (PGDIT) from the Indian Institute Of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) from Osmania University.
S.V. Krishna Prasad
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Clinical Research Services
Mr. Prasad brings a broad range of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and clinical research services to Larasan. Based in Hyderabad, India, Mr. Prasad is also CEO & Director of Cito Healthcare (P) Ltd., which has been established with the objective of providing services to the pharmaceutical industry in procurement of materials, training of manpower, placement of manpower, facilitating clinical trial projects including third party monitoring services, representing clients at national and international locations and such other allied services. Mr. Prasad is also Advisor for Marketing & Business Development with RA Chem Pharma Ltd., and facilitated the business partnership between Larasan and RA Chem.
Within the Clinical Research sector in India and abroad, Mr. Prasad has initiated over ten Indian Pharmaceutical sponsors for their business projects in the areas of: bioavailability and bioequivalence both in healthy and patient populations; pharmacoscintigraphic imaging based proof of concept studies; differentiated generic product related projects, et. al. Moreover, Mr. Prasad has a great deal of experience in developing international clientele and has initiated over six International Pharmaceutical sponsors for their business projects - notably the first special population (Post Menopausal Women) project which went straight into regulatory submission mode without any piloting studies.
Within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Sector in India, Mr. Prasad has been associated with pharmaceutical warehouse management and has been responsible for cGMP compliance activities of warehouse management with experience in all the following areas: Material Movement, Documentation, Material Planning, Logistics, Maintenance of the System in constant State of Compliance, Maintain and update records as per standards, Any Time Ready For Audits And Inspections, Insurance, Training, and Implementation.

Neeta Mitroo, M.D.
Pain Management
Dr. Mitroo is a practicing physician with board certification in Anesthesiology and Bariatric Medicine. As an anesthesiologist, Dr. Mitroo specializes in pain management, both acute and chronic.
Subsequent to receiving her M.D. at Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi, India, and practicing in family practice for 8 years, Dr. Mitroo moved to the United States in 1971. Thereafter, she completed a residency in Anesthesiology at Hahnemann Hospital, Philadelphia in 1975. During 1976-1979, she worked as a staff anesthesiologist at JFK Hospital, Philadelphia and became the Chief of Anesthesiology. From 1979 to 2007, Dr. Mitroo has been on staff as an Anesthesiologist at Trumbull Memorial Hospital (TMH) in Warren, Ohio. where she was appointed Chief of Anesthesiology and instrumental in establishing a pain clinic for the hospital. In 1997, Dr. Mitroo established Bariatric Wellness Clinic, Inc., a clinic for comprehensive, medically correct, treatment of Obesity and achieving and maintaining wellness. In 2001, along with other physicians, she helped to establish the Bariatric Surgery Program at TMH. In 2007, Dr. Mitroo moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she has been a practicing anesthesiologist at Holy Cross Hospital. Concurrently, she also established Sitara Medi Spa, a medical spa specializing in aesthetic medicine and treatment of obesity.
Dr. Mitroo has been on the Speakers Bureaus of Knoll Pharmaceutical Co. and Roche Pharmaceuticals, addressing professional groups on obesity and its management. She has organized and conducted annual Women's Health Seminars and serves as a consultant to companies and clinics regarding health and wellness.
Dr. Morton Hyson
Medical Patents
Dr. Hyson is Board certified in Neurology and licensed to practice in New York, Texas, and Nevada. He has practiced Neurology in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1990 and has been a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Nevada, School of Medicine since 1993. He was the Medical Director for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Las Vegas from 1991-1993 and he was a Clinical Associate Professor of the Department of Neurology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School from 1983 to 1990.
Dr. Hyson holds three patents for analgesic devices which are used to relieve headache and pain in body members respectively. His expertise in pain management for the body will be helpful to Larasan in its customer-centric approach to pain mansagement.
Dr. Hyson completed his pre-med studies at the University of Michigan (1967-1969) and Columbia University, New York (1974-1975). He completed his M.D. studies at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan from 1975 to 1979 and served an internship in Internal Medicine at Sinai Hospital of Detroit, Internship (1979-1980) and residency in Neurology at Montreal Neurological Hospital Montreal, Quebec, Canada (1980-1983.)

Dr. Hyson is the author of several publications dealing with headache and has presented numerous papers at professional symposia and meetings. He was included in Marquis Who's Who in America in Health Care in the 14th Edition, 1996.

Jagdish B. Mitroo, MIE

J. B. Mitroo brings a wide range of experience to Larasan from his broad professional work over 50 years spread across USA and India. JB is presently Executive Vice President of Sitara Medi Spa and of Beauty Clinics Of America, LLC (BCA) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has been planning, organizing, and executing all work related to taking BCA into India for introducing quality medical aesthetic procedures and treatments to the rapidly growing upper middle class.
JB did his Masters in Engineering (MIE) from the College Of Military Engineering affiliated with Pune University, India. He was an officer in the Corps of Engineers in the Indian Army for 17 years, where he held various senior positions, including command of an engineering regiment and an instructor at the College of Military Engineering.
After coming to the USA in July 1975 and after doing Computer Science studies at the University of Pennsylvania, JB formed his own consulting company for setting up joint ventures in new technologies and electronic components between American and Indian companies (in both government and private sectors). JB has in depth experience in negotiating LC (Letter Of Credit) based transactions for 23 years with domestic and international banks, which will be helpful for Larasan as it starts doing business in large volumes with Indian pharmaceutical companies.

Scott Talbot has worked within the pharmaceutical industry for the past 22 years holding several senior positions in major pharmaceutical companies including Baxter Healthcare, Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals and TEVA Pharmaceuticals. He has been an integral part of highly successful technology development teams and has brought many new products to the market. Scott currently holds the title of Sr. Director, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance for Novel Laboratories and also runs a successful consulting business. In his current role, Scott oversees hundreds of New Drug Applications and navigates the documents through the FDA review and approval process. He has extensive knowledge in FDA regulations including the review and approvals of New Chemical Entities (NCE), Investigational New Drugs Applications, New Drug Applications and Abbreviated New Drug Applications. Scott has been the company representative during several successful FDA inspections confirming the companies compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO standards. Scott holds a Bachelors Degree in Microbiology from Illinois State University.
