Orders are shipped within 7 business days.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item is back ordered, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping cost or handling fee.
Credit Card Charges
We only accept major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you. You may receive a refund on your credit card or choose to wait for product to be shipped. If you select a refund, it will appear on your credit card within 30 days.
How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original, unused condition and original mailing package to be returned. It must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If product shipment is delayed and notice is provided, returns will be accepted within 30 days of actual shipment. We cannot accept any product that has been opened or used.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the receipt.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fee paid on the order.
